MD Membership Group Renewal

Instructions

1. Click the ADD button and select number of memberships, if renewing more than 10 memberships, select 10+ and then type in the amount of memberships you will be renewing.  To apply your 10% group discount, enter grouprenewal in the Discount Code box.

2. Complete the information requested and enter the credit card payment information.

3. Click SUBMIT RENEWAL button.  You will receive an email payment notification for your records.
